What have we been up to?

Finishing Seminary

After 3 years of hard work, by God’s grace, Junior has finished seminary! He just had his last class and finished his last projects. We’re so thankful for this opportunity to be better equipped for the ministry. Thank you for praying for Junior’s studies and for your encouragement which helped him to finish well. Graduation will be on June 29th!

Current Ministry

East Side Baptist Church invited us to continue to serve our church family. This will allow us to live in Crawfordsville before we head to Brazil and to continue to be involved in our current ministry. We’re very thankful for such a loving church community. We are involved in a variety of ministries, but our main focus has been the music ministry, youth, and counseling.

Bree has also been working at a wedding venue and as a photographer, which gives her the opportunity to make friends and be involved in the community.

Ministry in Brazil

For many years our desire has been to serve in Brazil as missionaries. In march, we had the privilege to be appointed by ABWE (association of baptists for world evangelism) as missionaries. In July we’ll attend another ABWE conference to be further prepared for our ministry.

Our goal is to go to São Paulo to serve the local church and work at Logos Seminary. There we will train Brazilian pastors and gospel workers to serve the Brazilian church, and Brazilian missionaries to go to countries that are generally hostile to Americans.

For the next months, we’ll have the opportunity to invite prayer partners and financial partners to make this ministry dream possible. We will send you more information on this soon.

Thank You

We are sending you this letter because in some way you have encouraged us in our ministry. Thank you so much for your prayers, your encouragement, and your friendship.

Magnify the Lord

“O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together.” Psalm 34:3 It is not even the end of March and it’s been a rollercoaster ride of joys and disappointments. We’ve been memorizing Psalm
